1 “ELMIZ” PJSC was found in 1996 as a results of “Kyiv Radio Plant” restructuring according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The enterprise is located in industrial area of Kyiv – Darnitsa. Specificity of the enterprise – the production of sophisticated electronic hardware, control systems and digital automated devices. The enterprise includes design and technology bureau, service of technical control and manufacturing engineering support. 2 The lamp is intended for individual lighting of miner's workplace in the coal mines of all categories by the dust-gas regime. The lamp consists constructively of the following components: headlamp, in which the LED module with 2 light sources is installed for operational and emergency lighting, mode switch. The fixing of the accumulator battery on the belt of the miner is performed with metal brackets. The headlamp is connected to the battery via a flexible electrical cord with a length of 1400mm.

The lamp combined with the methane signaling device is intended for automatic control of the content of methane in the mine air and for the generation of light signals when the maximum permissible values ​​ of the volume fraction of methane. The signaling device has the following features and capabilities: when it reaches the intermediate operating threshold (2% or 1%) and more than volume fraction of methane in the air, the light source switches into an intermittent operation mode with a frequency of 1 Hz; when it reaches the upper operating threshold (2,5% or 1,5%) and more than volume fraction of methane in the air, the light source switches into an intermittent operation mode with a frequency of 10 Hz; operation in an emergency mode when the accumulator battery voltage is below the lower threshold; disconnection of the power source when short circuit in the power circuits.

4 Process Control module digital warning of methane is intended for setup, calibration and verification of digital mine methane sensors of type "LUX SM.01" and "LUX SM.TS.“ MPC provides:  software configuration of the sensor current range from 5 mA to 160 mA; l  control voltage on the battery alarm;  software configuration signaling methane (calibration by applying calibration gas mixtures;  software installation value thresholds in% volume fraction of methane:  first threshold in the range from 0 to 2.5% by volume. the proportion of methane;  second threshold automatically to about 0.5%. the proportion of methane over the first threshold;  control thresholds specified in% volume fraction of methane;  indication of the measured values ​​ of signaling the concentration of methane.

5 Laser rangefinder mine LRM v. “MLR-1” is designed to measure distances and angles in underground mines, including those which are hazardous on gas and/ or dust. “MLR-1” provides protection against natural and mechanical effects. Also MLR1s-1 integrated with angle change sensor, so it can be used as angle meter. “MLR-1” can perform calculations with the measured values: subtraction, addition, the definition of area, volume, etc… “MLR-1” stores in memory the last 20 measurements

6 The complex lighting mining machinery (KOGM.01) The complex is intended for lighting workplace of driver mining machines and area of coal mines, including dangerous on gas (methane) and (or) coal dust. As the light source lamp uses high-brightness white LEDs. Operation conditions:: - Environment temperature from -10 ° C to 35 ° C. - Relative humidity (98 ± 2)% ( with condensing humidity) at a temperature (35 ± 2) ° C. The complex includes:, lamp and power supply AGATE VH 12.60.

7 Complex lighting stope of mine (CLSM) Complex is intended for lighting stope of mine, equipped with mechanized complexes. The light sources used high-brightness white LEDs. Operation conditions: - Environment temperature from -10 ° C to 35 ° C. - Relative humidity (98 ± 2)% (condensing humidity) at a temperature (35 ± 2) ° C CLSM consists of a power supply and the lamps Number of power supplies and lamps determined by the length of the working face. Each power supply provides power to 16 lamps.
