9. Ministry’s role in Teachers’ Diploma in PSS Ministry has been part of the process since inception of the diploma course: Curriculum and Guidance and counselling specialists and academic staff involved in development of the course. Programme delivered at Chalimbana University, Chipata and Mongu Colleges of Education Oriented key stakeholders to ensure ownership and leadership of the programme: Implemented through the Ministry existing structures at Provincial, District, Zone and School levels. PSS incorporated into pre-service curriculum at ECE, Primary and Secondary levels.
