3 Based on 70 attendees with one speaker. Room Rental always charged Registration Fee - $35 Actual Cost - $33.20 An attendance of more than 70 people would result in a larger net for the organization as the fixed costs would be divided amongst more people. As such, the event would break even or lose money if fewer people attended.
