Vanderbilt University Medical Center Concerns  Completion of Test Environment for Future Upgrades  The Windows Cbord application does not support tube feeds or oral supplements, only diet orders. It also does not contain a hold/review queue. Because of these limitations, we will now need to manually load Patient Nutrition Orders into the Cbord Database (instead of utilizing the WIZ interface).  Disaster Recovery Plan  Room Service Module go-live towards end of November - very close to Children’s Hospital go-live of Dec. 5 th. The risks have been addressed with Nutritional Services and they are aware and conscious of the situation. Page 7
