Logistics Work Hours 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday May occasionally extend to 6:00pm to stay on schedule No deliveries after 10:00pm – consistent with current practice No construction during reading and finals periods Claremont Avenue Logistics hub – worker/truck/equipment entrance and exit One lane will be closed for pedestrian and vehicle access – loss of parking Continued access through 119 th Street entrance Campus Access Above ground, lit, covered, pedestrian walkway from Barnard to Altschul Hall Wheelchair accessible 10

11. Noise and Dust Mitigation Turner is doing everything it can to mitigate impact of noise and dust – beyond what is required by code. Noise will be at its worst during demolition and excavation between February and August. Rock excavation is scheduled for the summer months. No construction will take place during reading periods and finals. Third-party assessments underway: Assessment construction/mitigation plan; Evaluation of ambient conditions and recommendations for additional mitigation steps. Collaboration with Columbia’s Environmental Health and Safety experts. 11
