Recap of Last Week Added one generic assumption – “It is the responsibility of an Agent or Gateway to ensure reliability and consistency of any transformation of information.” Added one generic precondition – “Providers and Agents will maintain and update current ESI information.” Updated Context Diagrams regarding the CMS and Commercial Payer user stories are now available Reviewed Actors and roles –Changed the “Registration Requestor” actor from Use Case 1 and renamed to “eMDR Consumer” for Use Case 2 Reviewed the Base Flow and Activity Diagram (“swim lanes”) outlining the Interoperability and System steps in the process for sending the eMDR. –Reviewed the Sequence Diagram Began review of Functional Requirements –Completed review of the Information Interchange Requirements table –Started review of the System Requirements

Next Steps Today’s agenda –Continue review of the System Requirements Identify additional necessary requirements which may be out of scope for Information Interchange and System Requirements. –Begin working on Dataset Requirements for the Transport of the eMDR –Time permitting Review Issues and Risks section Communities of Interest
