2. Our school

3. In March the Momo theatre came to Manor Infant School.

4. They showed us how to keep ourselves warm by putting on more clothing.

5. We also learnt how we can keep heat in our houses to save energy.

6. We were shown how a plastic bottle put into the cistern can save water.

7. After the visit of the Momo theatre we began thinking about ways to save energy and water.

8. We made labels in ICT to put around school as a reminder to other children about…

12. We also thought of other ways to save water and made a display of our ideas.

13. I told the class about what her Grandad had done.

14. This gave us the idea to try this at school!

15. The Nursery children use a hose to water the plants in their garden if it doesn’t rain.

16. We bought a water butt and Dave the caretaker put it in place.

17. We made sure it was safe – it has a childproof lid as the children are so young.

18. We showed them how to use it to water the flowers with a watering can.

19. We hope our presentation has made you think how you can save water and help our environment.
