3. 3 About Digitized Backfiles from Blackwell  500 journals will be digitized by the end of 2008.  6.5 million pages of content.  All issues from Volume 1, Issue 1, to December 1996.  All subject areas: medicine; science; social science; and humanities.  Articles loaded in PDF format with XML-based headers, abstracts and references; fully linked and searchable.  Archival rights included.  Seamless access through Blackwell Synergy to content in a journal, whether it’s published in 2006 or 1906.
