Bombings In India In a northeastern state of India called Assam four bombs were set off Assam is a state that has been,for years, torn apart by a separatist insurgency led by the United Liberation Front of Assam Nine blasts were reported in four towns, including three in the Capital of Guwahati International

Significance Seven bombings within the past four months The people of India are pushing police to arrest people in order to help stop the bombings Police say that on arresting some people traces were found that pointed to Al Qaeda Bombing furthers the fighting in the state

Early Voting Predicted to go up to 30%-35% from the 24% in 2004 During Early Voting Republicans usually tend to lead in vote count over Democrats This year Democrats are leading in the vote count over Republicans National

Significance In states that allow early voting without excuse the voters are already at a quarter of the full voting population The amount of early voting could cause the news stations polling results to be off

Author’s View Point: The author’s view point is that all the wars and economy problems won’t just stop when one of the candidates becomes president. We will still have the “ghosts of our past” haunting the government.
