4. Institutional Implementation Schedules Our calls identified that most will not make a production date of 4/1/08. Many valid reasons – SIS Conversions – Staff Availability – Process Rework Growing interest in getting full production Growing interest in adding users – Career and adult education centers (CT2) – High schools – Private schools – Proprietary schools We need to move forward into and then out of UAT Will ask for commitment in writing from TAG Coordinators on your campuses

Creation of Test Cases OBR is considering creation of “mega-transcripts” All TAG-approved courses by instituion – All Match - Grade=A, Term Taken=Effective Term – All Match (2) - Grade=A, Term Taken=SP08 – No Match Grades - Grade=F, Term Taken=Effective Term – No Match Calendar - Grade=A, Term Taken=SP05 (Before the program started) – No Match Calendar (2) - Grade=A, Term Taken=SP, Year Taken=05 if Effective=AU05 else Year Taken=Effective Year-1 – No Match Calendar Part - Grade=A, Term Taken=SP05 if single Course Match else half in effective range, half not in effective range if multicourse match – No Match - Some courses in multi-course matches not taken Also – You may request transcripts from other institutions of various types and we will hold them here – You may submit robust transcripts for us to hold
