Agenda requirement It must be ensured that the programme elements contribute sufficiently to achievement of the learning outcome Quality requirements Quality control Evaluation of exchange stays

Quality requirements Approved educational institution/company Full-time study stays 30 ECTS per Semester Full-time internship 37,5 work hours per week The programme elements are assessed according to: – Contents – Relevance – Level – Difficulty – Non EU/EEA country: study plan and organisation

Quality requirements Approved educational institution/company Student qualifications – Academic level: grades > 4 – Recommended by teachers / coordinator – Language: IELTS minimum 6.0 – Low absence – Good knowledge of Danish culture – Studied at least two semesters at ZIBAT

Quality Control Study exchange stays – Pre-approval of stays – Learning agreement – pre-approved – Contact person at Campus – Certificate of exams – Certificate of study activity Internships – 3 party contract – Internship supervisor – Synopsis – Company certificate of internship

Evaluation of exchange stays Continuous evaluation – Meetings before exchange stays – Contact person during the stay Final evaulation – Evaluation report (internal) – Official evaluation report, the students – Meeting with contact person

Financial support SU Statens Uddannelsesstøtte Danish students’ taxameter cover the study fee Erasmus Grant Private funding

Erasmus grants & Priority 250-200 euro per month to a EU-stay Permanent residence permit Professional level Recommendations Partner institution Reasoning – Economy, private reasons, annual tax report

Procedure Contact head of studies – Email micl@easj.dk and international coordinator – Personal application & Course Credit Application Form – Download from – laerer.rhs.dk/michaelc/International/index.htm – Before 1. April/1. October!!! Then later work out o Motivation letter with reason for stay o For education institutions without agreements: Detailed report with study plan and subjects o Study application forms: only for study stay o Company description, only for internship
