Tips for a great presentation:
Headers 30+ points, text 20+ points when possible
Limit bullet points and text
If you have too much text, use a new page or choose a template with more space – don’t overlap text onto graphics
Use graphics, charts and pictures
Use high-quality art only
No cheap-looking clipart / Don’t use internet graphics unless purchased
Simple, uncluttered slides are most effective

To replace a picture in the circles: click the shape, right-click and go to Format Shape > Fill > Picture or Texture > Choose picture
You can then edit the picture within the shape by clicking on the shape and going to Format Picture in your ribbon > Crop

Photos can also be inserted as an option:
