Ionizer IZS31 Series

1. Features (1) Following functions are added to the current IZS30 on sale. Detects the dirt on the electrode needle. Detects the dirt on the electrode needle, and outputs the maintenance signal. 3-detection-level setting Auto balance function It automatically adjusts the ionic balance around work by using the auto balance sensor. Continuous electrostatic removal drive is added to the sensing DC mode. After completing the electrostatic removal, it discharges ion continuously by using the Pulse DC.

External synchronous signal input terminal is added. Input of the positive synchronous signal from outside generates positive ion. Input of the negative synchronous signal from outside generates negative ion. Use of an external transmitter enables synchronization of the ion generation timing of two or more ionizers. (Synchronization function) Use of PLC, etc. enables discharge of ion of an arbitrary polarity for arbitrary period of time. 1. Features (2)

Sensor is miniaturized. Detecting method is changed and sensor miniaturized. 3 kinds of sensors are available. 3 kinds of sensors are 1.Feedback sensor Detects the amount of electrification of work and discharges the ion of reverse polarity to improve the removal speed. 2. Auto balance sensor Adjust ion balance automatically. 3. Sensor which can be used by itself Outputs the detected amount of work electrification in the analog signal from 1 to 5V. 2. Purpose of Development Purpose of development IZS30 has been released in December 2004. This time, because the detection of dirt on electrode needle which has been required by customers from the beginning became technically possible, IZS31 was developed as a remodel of the IZS30 in compliance with new requirements by customers. 9. Precautions Be sure to ground. Connect the FG terminal (green) of the power cable with the ground resistance of 100 ohms or less.
