Issues of Current Status with HCs 5 1.Very busy on regular Apps Tech support, have no time to focus on strategy/key account,involving in whole strategy/solution selling cycle. 2.Have no dedicated resource on Peoplesoft solution,Peoplesoft is our one of key product solution for Apps business. 3.Can’t get timely support duo to time and project conflicts. 4.Can’t get support for whole product family, especially for other products we annexed. 5.Too many travels 6.Limitation on industry focus and Key account focus and solution building 7.limitation on knowledge and skill improvement, especially for new products such as Hyperion, GRC, CRM on Demand, G-log, Demantra, Agile, Stellent,…,etc. Apps Architecture is most important key differentiates against our competitors especially SAP. But now we do have resource limited on key Oppts support, this is feedback from Apps Sales Team and other Apps Presales & solution team,also from Apps Architecture team. Apps Architecture team should support all Apps business for all industries & sales teams, and for all apps products and functions. It is also an important bridge between Apps Pillar and Tech Pillar, especially for FMW Pillar. We show Oracle Architecture benefits to customer in apps business.

5. Apply Additional HC for China (2-3) We apply additional Apps Architecture HC for China: Peoplesoft Architecture consultant: (1) Dedicate Apps Architecture for Peoplesoft products solution. Will base in Shanghai or Beijing Apps Architecture Consultant: (2) At least one for china, will base in Beijing, because most strategy or key account is in Beijing. The other one will put in Shanghai as a shared resource for each region. Will focus on AIA and support other apps product solutions.
