If unknown, use the email of coach or team manager - Jersey NumberRequired to lock - May be imported OR you can enter “0” for each player. Work with Team Rep if changes are needed after import. Player Type Cannot be imported – must be assigned by State Rep (League or Club Pass)

Importing Regional Rosters.csv file the name of the file will appear Click - Import

Warning notice will appear if there is a problem. Refer back to acceptable format. Common issues: skipped rows, Missing emails, commas, periods in player’s name Importing Regional Rosters

Players will appear on Screen. Review. Remember to click SAVE ROSTER & DETAILS!

Importing Regional Rosters Back to Manage Teams – the roster count will confirm your players have Been imported and saved. BEFORE YOU EXIT THE PROGRAM - LOCK ROSTER!!!

Importing Regional Rosters Click on pencil icon to get to the Edit Team page to confirm/approve/lock roster BEFORE YOU EXIT THE PROGRAM - LOCK ROSTER!!!

Importing Regional Rosters Click YES for Roster is: Confirmed Locked Approved Team Rep still add information but will not be able to change player name, registration # or birthdate

Once you have completed the process and locked the roster, notify your Team Rep they can go into the system and add college info, jersey number & player position. Remind Team Rep they will NOT be able to add or remove a player. Communicate your process for making roster changes.
