2. 2 EMC CONFIDENTIAL—INTERNAL USE ONLY Original Value Proposition  My original idea was based on retrieving fixed content much faster. Later that lead to the mulit-media playstation (MMPS), which demonstrates large files, such as video, music, picture, pdf, etc., can be accessed quickly and easily.  The multi-media playstation application can be potentially used by any age of user and any type of business.  Since all medias are located in remote server (Centera), a user could launch the mulit-media playstation on his/her own PC and mobile device (e.g. Cell phone or PDA) anywhere and anytime.  Finally, it’s implemented with Java, therefore, it can be run on any platform. (e.g. Windows, UNIX/LINUX, or Mac), even Mobile platform.
