1 Sharing the gospel with children
The Wordless Book Sharing the gospel with children

2 The Gold Page The gold page reminds us of Heaven.
The Bible tells us Heaven has a street of gold. But the best part of Heaven is that God, who created you and me, lives there

3 Who is God? God is the creator of the world and everything in it.
God loves you because He made you!

4 He cannot allow anything in Heaven that is less than perfect.
John 3:16. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Jesus, God the Son, is in Heaven preparing a place for all who put their trust in Him. God is holy and perfect. He cannot allow anything in Heaven that is less than perfect.

5 There is one thing that can never be in Heaven. That is sin.

6 The Dark Page

7 The Dark Page reminds us of sin.
Sin is anything you think, say, or do that does not please God Like lying, cheating, being selfish, hurting others or disobeying parents. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23

8 That means everyone! You and I and everyone
Everyone is born with a “want to” to do wrong. God says that sin must be punished. (Romans 6:23) The punishment for sin is to be separated from God forever in a place of suffering A place called Hell.

9 God has a wonderful plan so you and I don’t have to be punished for our sins.

10 The Red Page God loves you so much that He sent Jesus Christ, His perfect Son, to be born as a little baby. Jesus lived a perfect life…He never sinned. When He was grown, wicked men nailed Him to a cross. Blood flowed from His hands and feet. This page is red, reminding us of Jesus’ blood.

11 The Bible says that without the giving of blood there can be no forgiveness of sin. (Hebrews 9:22)
So Jesus Christ willingly died on the cross to take your sin punishment. But Jesus didn’t stay dead. God, the Father, made Him alive again. He walked on the earth and many people saw Him. Jesus went up to Heaven, and is there right now. “Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day, according to the Scriptures.” I Corinthians 15:3-4

12 Now, because of what Jesus has done for you, you can have your sins forgiven.

13 The Clean Page God wants to forgive your sins and take them away.
God wants you to believe with your whole heart that Jesus died on the cross to pay for your sins. Romans 10:13 says: Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. You need to call on Jesus to save you from your sins and He will do it.

14 A. You need to admit you have sinned and need to be saved.
B. You need to believe that only the Lord Jesus can take away your sin and save you. C. When you call and ask Him to save you, He will do it. Would you like to call on Juesu to save you right now?

15 If yes, ask these questions to check for understanding:
Why do you need to call on Jesus as to save you? I have sinned or done wrong things What has the Lord Jesus done for you? He died on the cross and took my punishment to save me. What do you want to tell God right now? I have sinned and want to ask Jesus to save me from my sins. Pray Let’s tell the Lord Jesus that in your own words.

16 Sample Prayer Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and have done wrong things. I believe you died for me Right now I ask you to be my savior and ask you to forgive my sins. Thank you, amen.

17 Assurance of Salvation
Did you ask the Lord Jesus to save you from your sins? Yes Did Jesus save you? Romans 10:13 ______ who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. John 3:16 says: For God so loved ______ that he gave his one and only Son, that _______ believes in him ________shall not perish but have eternal life.

18 Hebrews 13:5b I will never leave you
The Lord Jesus will never leave you. You can talk to Him anytime or anyplace. He will give you power to do what is right. Will the Lord Jesus ever leave you? Say Hebrews 13:5b using your fingers. God wants you to get to know Him better.

19 The Green Page The green color reminds me of things that are growing.
God wants you to get to know Him better and to grow to become more like Him.

20 These 4 things will help you grow:
1. PRAY (talk to God every day) 2. READ & OBEY THE BIBLE (to know what God says, then do it) 3. TELL OTHERS ABOUT JESUS 4. GO TO A BIBLE BELIEVING CHURCH (where you learn more about pleasing Him)

21 If you should sin, stop and tell on yourself to God
If you should sin, stop and tell on yourself to God. He promises to forgive us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9
