PROACTIVE: CHPC/CHWA ACTIONS Provide local examples, such as spokespeople including: Health care workers and administrators who can point to the need Educators who are training students and placing people in jobs Students who have experienced challenges Share data such as: Research demonstrating integral role of CLS Data showing number of CLS jobs available but going unfilled Serve as spokespeople and authors for: Local media outreach efforts Op-eds and letters to the editor Social media that creates an echo chamber
