3.  Warning people of the seriousness of this problem.  Preserving the environment.

4.  Commercial refuse and disposal.  throw the rubbish from the cars.  dropping garbage in streets and roadways.

5.  affects for people and animals, and every one live in this world, it's a threat to public health.  harm or kill wildlife.  Litter attracts vermin and is a breeding ground for bacteria.

6.  Litter negatively affects the image of places.  Removing litter from the environment costs everyone money.

7.  make sure you waste goes in a garbage bin.  take your garbage home with you when visiting a local park or beach.

8.  Give Them a Place to Put Their Trash.  put fines and laws for this problem.
