3. 3 WHY CLOUD SERVICES Capex costs for users is greatly reduced as this is converted to operational expenditure with cloud services hence the potential for revenue generation. Cloud services are generally available regardless of user device and location. Users can access data and systems via a dedicated software app or web browser. Cloud technology allows much more efficient computation by centralizing storage, memory, processing and bandwidth.

CLOUD ELEMENTS Applications Cloud application services or "Software as a Service (SaaS)" this eliminates the need to install and run the application on the customer's own computers and simplifying maintenance and support.
