EXPIRED LEASE REPORT As of June 1, 2011, FIMS reports 44 expired leases 17 trailer leases 2 land leases 25 building leases Expiration Dates extend from 12/31/10 to 5/31/11 15 expired by 12/31/10 8 expired by 1/31/11 6 expired by 3/31/11 4 expired by 4/30/11 6 expired by 5/31/11 5 expired over 1 year ago

EXPIRED LEASE REPORT What are your processes for identifying expiring leases? Does the CRS monitor progress all expiring leases? When do FIMS coordinators become alerted of a change? Concern is over lack of “real time” data on leases. Improvement has been outstanding over the last year. 200 leases were identified as expired in FIMS As of 10/1/2010, the expiring lease report had been reduced to 168 NOW, there are only 44 o GOAL by July 1, 2011 – 0 expired leases.
