A focus group is a form of qualitative research where a group of people are asked about their perceptions, opinions, beliefs and attitudes toward a product, service, concept, advertisement or idea.

It is safe for you to freely express your opinions without consequence. We will allow team members to put new ideas on the table and let them develop. (There’s no such thing as a bad idea!) We will engage in constructive/productive dialogue and feedback We will allow no sidebars (separate conversations, or body language sidebars like eye rolling, etc.) Participants will respectfully disagree openly with each other - not passively or to others. Participants have the right to challenge/disagree during the discussion Participants have the right to question for clarity and the responsibility to give honest answers.
