2 FLIPPING THE CLASSROOM WEEKLY SCHEDULE Monday’s: Open notebook quiz on the previous week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights HW is to read assigned pages and take notes (include at least one question in your notes regarding the readings). Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday work on practice problems in class. Tests will be given in the middle and end of the unit.

3 FLIPPING THE CLASSROOM DAILY HW Read the assigned pages and topics At the minimum takes notes on formulas (those boxed in beige) 2 sample problems At least 1 question

4 FLIPPING THE CLASSROOM DAILY SCHEDULE Notes will be checked at the beginning of the class. ~ 7 minutes going over any class work practice problems from the previous day. ~10 minutes going over your HW notes and any questions, tricks, or steps we can come up with. ~25 minutes working on practice problems individually or in groups. Practice Problems will be collected at end of class. If not complete – it is due at beginning of next class.

Read page 430 & 431: Factor Theorem and Factor by Grouping Tuesday’s Class Work page 433 # 1-6, 17, 18, 20, 21 Tuesday’s HW Read page 431: Sum or difference of 2 perfect Cubes Wednesday’s Class Work page 433 #10-15, 25-28 Wednesday’s HW: Read pg 406B, 474 - 475 Thursday’s Class Work: Pg 474 – 475 # 5-11 odd, 17, 19, 27-37 odd
