In 2001, govWorks was acquired by govONE Solutions (Kaleil and Tom made no money on the sale)
Kaleil and Tom continued to work together
Launched Recognition Group (now KIT Capital), a investment / advisory firm designed to help “restructure and turn around companies in transition” (currently listed as Managing Partner and Affiliate Partner)
Joined startup JumpTV, Inc. in 2005 (company delivers TV programming over Internet) as CEO and COO (Kaleil still listed as Board member on web site; no mention of Tom)
Not clear how successful these ventures have been
