What is an Interactive Science Notebook (ISN)? An interactive notebook is your own personalized diary of learning about science. A portfolio of your work in one convenient place. Great for studying for upcoming quizzes and tests. A great organizational tool.

What you will need: Composition notebook Glue Pencil Colored pencils

Let’s Get Started! Is your name and information in the top, right corner of your notebook?

Notebook Rules 1. If you have to cut out your work, always recycle the paper scraps. 2. Apply the appropriate amount of glue, LESS IS BEST! 3. Glue the rules to the first page of your notebook.

Table of Contents Attach 4 separate Table of Contents pages, do NOT skip any pages in your notebook These pages will be used to organize every single thing we do in our notebook for the first half of the year
