AVAILABILITY These employers are often open long hours & seven days a week. Staff are needed to work: weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays. If you believe you have better availability than most of your competitors, then include it on your resume.

reliability Needed as customer service depends on it. “Dependability & punctuality” are key. Prove your reliability through: past performance reviews from employers, school attendance records, letters of recommendations, and telephone/email references.
