2. 13 After the wise men were gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. “Get up! Flee to Egypt with the child and his mother,” the angel said. “Stay there until I tell you to return, because Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.” 14 That night Joseph left for Egypt with the child and Mary, his mother, 15 and they stayed there until Herod’s death. This fulfilled what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: “I called my Son out of Egypt.” (NLT) Matthew 2:13-15

5. B. Receive His MESSAGE Ephesians 3:20 - Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. (NLT)

8. B. Reject “SUGAR” 2 Timothy 4:3 - For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear.

9. 3. GET GOING vs. 14 - That night Joseph left for Egypt with the child and Mary, his mother, and they stayed there until Herod’s death.

12. 4. GET FULFILLED vs. 15 - This fulfilled what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: “I called my Son out of Egypt.”

13. A. His PEOPLE Fulfilled John 10:10 - The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life. (NLT)

14. B. His PROMISES Fulfilled 2 Corinthians 1:20 - For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” (NLT)
