Criteria for Section Nominations: Made by NCTE members or other educators Any nonfiction book can be nominated Includes: biography Excludes textbooks, historical fiction, folklore, or poetry Published in the United States during the previous calendar year. Each nomination should meet the following literary criteria: Accuracy Organization Design Style
