1. Inference Making an inference is similar to drawing a conclusion which is being able to understand more than what is written. You have to figure it out by looking for clues in the writing. Key words or phrases probably most likely you can tell that Ex. Finding drowned rivers is easy. T or F

4. Vocabulary This question asks if you can understand a word. You should use the clues in the paragraph or sentence to figure out the meaning of the word. Ex. What does the word basin mean in the following sentence: Wash the vegetables in the basin. A basin is a garden puddle sink
