2. Viewing budget and resource allocation In this session, you will learn how to view budget and resource allocation information for current students and applications. Approximate time to complete this session – 5 minutes. Use the buttons in the bottom left corner to move forwards and backwards through the lesson. Actions you need to undertake will be in red, followed by a mouse graphic.

3. Before you start You will be notified via a circular that the budget has been released.

4. Viewing budget and resource allocation Select the School Budget menu from the PSDMS Home Page. Please do this now

5. Viewing budget and resource allocation The School Search screen is displayed with your school’s name. To select your school, click on your school’s name. Please do this now 2 Test School 1234

6. Viewing budget and resource allocation The School Details screen is displayed allowing you to view all students currently enrolled in your school with a PSD Application. 7. Viewing budget and resource allocation The School Budget screen is displayed listing all of the budget transactions allocated to your school by year and term. Notice that the student’s Disability Id is displayed in the Fund column. Click on the School Reports option. Please do this now Test School Mr Tim James 12345678 1234
