What we expect to see Confidentiality, particularly around IRT specific business information such as strategy, rates of pay Policies/procedures Forms Whether it be face to face, email or social media Privacy – how does this differ from confidentiality? Recap of Privacy Act Why is this important?

What we expect to see Provide good customer service IRT’s Customer Service Charter Key messages from CSI training NB Our customers measure our competency usually on how we deliver customer service How would our customers rate you?

What we expect to see Treat people as you would like to be treated yourself Be tolerant and respectful of other people’s differences Be inclusive and encourage team work Why? It’s the law!

What we expect to see Remain current on IRT policies and procedures by: Attending training Attending and participating in meetings Talk with your colleagues about work practices Look for opportunities to visit other IRT sites/centres Why do you think this is important?

What we expect to see Always present yourself professionally When wearing IRT Uniform When representing IRT externally Limit your personal telephone calls when at work Remember your personal life boundaries while at work Even when you don’t think you are being observed!
