II.Wait for auto-run to load on the screen *note if auto- run is disabled go to my computer and right-click the disc, then click explore* III.When asked for the serial key, enter it in the setup window. *this is verification for the software* IV.Install Norton Anti-virus either on your default drive or the drive of your choosing V.Go through the screen prompts until program installs *installation may take a few mins.* VI.Restart your computer to enable the features.

3. This scenario indicated an issue that happened here at Western Technical College. The issue was the security system administrator spent money on a firewall to protect the computers on campus, and a virus bypassed the firewall. The administrator said the firewall had been installed but something went wrong however the issue will get taken care of. The director of the school wants to know what will the administrator do to fix the issue.

4. In this memo the director sends the administrator a message regarding a phone call he received. The information that was indicated was a virus penetrated the computers on campus. Despite the firewall that had been installed the virus bypassed and director wants to know how will the administrator handle the issue.

5. In this memo the administrator receives the message from the director and responds. The administrator was aware of the issue and how it affects faculty, staff, and students. The administrator said the issue will be resolved by a few recommendations.
