Dry farming; organic (no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides); biodynamic (mulching, tinctures & lunar cycles); low vine density and integrated farming Honored by Slow Food movement with induction into Ark of Taste

Quíbia VdlT Mallorca 50% Callet and 50% Premsal Quíbia is a word the winemakers invented to mean a world with no limits, partly referring to the fact that theirs was the first time a white wine had been made from the red Callet grape Fermented in cement vats and stainless steel tanks 4 mos lees aging

ÀN/2 VdlT Mallorca 65% Callet, 20% Mantonegre & Fogoneau, 15% Syrah Aged 13 mos in French & American oak Old vines 50-85 years old 2009: 91 WA 2010: 92 WA

ÀN VdlT Mallorca 95% Callet, 5% Mantonegre & Fogoneu Old vines up to 110 years old Aged 17 months in new French oak Burgundian in its complexity, with a pale red color and heightened clarity. Red fruit, spice, leather and smoke, with excellent structure and acidity.

Son Negre VdlT Mallorca 95% Callet, 5% Mantonegre & Fogoneu Vines from Son Negre vineyard (110 years old) 19 mos new French oak Son Negre = Dark Place and is the name of the vineyard, named because of the way the sun bakes the soil Dark ruby with hints of purpl; violets, tobacco, black cherry, and black raspberry. Extremely rich, layered, and long on the finish. 2010: 94 WA
