ESINET “An ESInet is a managed IP network that is used for emergency services communications, and which can be shared by all public safety agencies. I3 FUNCTIONAL ELEMENT Functional elements are the applications, databases and hardware that are attached to the ESInet. These components perform the following functions: 1.Routing 2. Call Setup 3. Service Provider Connectivity 4. Security 5.Information Services
