1. Compliance and E- Learning Step 1: Log on to the BEST website by either typing in [aetnaisbest.co m] or visiting the Aetna site and linking to the BEST site through the BEST page.

2. Compliance and E- Learning Step 2: Click on the “Employee Portal” tab at the top of the BEST homepage.

3. Compliance and E- Learning Step 3: Fill in your Login and Password information on the Employee Portal page.

4. Compliance and E- Learning Step 4: Select the e- learning button on the Employee Access page.

5. Compliance and E- Learning Step 5: Select the B.E.S.T. Education Curriculum button on the E-Learning page.

6. Compliance and E- Learning Step 6: Find the compliance requirements that apply to you. NOTE: On the right hand side of the screen, there are categories that have been labeled in blue. These are for the advanced compliance categories and are not required for basic compliance.

7. Compliance and E- Learning Step 7: Click on the title of the training you would like to use. NOTE: The titles are linked to PDFs and PowerPoints that correspond to each of the trainings.
