Parent/Coach Communication 6 CJWF welcomes parent and coach communication and recognizes that it needs to be a healthy relationship thorough the year, however we ask that all parents use their best judgment when approaching any coach and just consider the scenario under the situation you have decided to approach them. Please use common sense and remove any tempers when approaching a coach. Always include the Head Coach first if approaching an Assistant Coach. Attempts to get the coach’s attention from the stands will not be tolerated. Remember the coaches are volunteers.

Player & Coach Safety 7 The Game Day Field and the Practice Field are absolutely off limits to the parents. No exceptions. Excessive Badgering of any coach during a game or practice will not be tolerated. Offense #1 – Warning Offense #2 – Asked to stand outside of the gated areas around the Practice Field or outside of the Stadium on Game Day. Offense #3 – The Police will be called. Aggressive acts towards a coach, player or another parent will result in immediate police involvement and banned for the season.
