2. Purpose Used to create, update and delete LIN/TAMCN.

3. Background Used to group like stock numbers. The use of LIN/TAMCNs may be an optional requirement for use at the Logistics Program Level Is required in order to properly group stock numbers for issue.

4. Situation The Warehouse Officer has directed you to create a LIN/TAMCN for new inventory item.

5. LIN/TAMCN Navigate to Catalog Mgmt tab. (1) Click on the ‘LIN/TAMCN’ option. 1

6. LIN/TAMCN (2) Click on the button. (3) Check Marks represent required entries. Then Click button. 2 3

7. LIN/TAMCN (4) Select the correct TAMCN and click on the button to initiate a search. 4 5

8. LIN/TAMCN (5) After the selecting the button, the new LIN/TAMCN record has been created. 6

9. LIN/TAMCN To make updates: (7) Select the button. (8) After updating the appropriate fields, click on the button. 7 8

10. LIN/TAMCN (9) Click on the button to view historical information. (10) After review of the information, click on the button to exit. 9 10

11. LIN/TAMCN To delete a record: (11) Click on the button to delete information. (12) Click on the button to confirm delete. 12 11
