2 Purpose Used to create, update and delete LIN/TAMCN.

3 Background Used to group like stock numbers. The use of LIN/TAMCNs may be an optional requirement for use at the Logistics Program Level Is required in order to properly group stock numbers for issue.

4 Situation The Warehouse Officer has directed you to create a LIN/TAMCN for new inventory item.

5 LIN/TAMCN Navigate to Catalog Mgmt tab. (1) Click on the ‘LIN/TAMCN’ option. 1

6 LIN/TAMCN (2) Click on the button. (3) Check Marks represent required entries. Then Click button. 2 3

7 LIN/TAMCN (4) Select the correct TAMCN and click on the button to initiate a search. 4 5

8 LIN/TAMCN (5) After the selecting the button, the new LIN/TAMCN record has been created. 6

9 LIN/TAMCN To make updates: (7) Select the button. (8) After updating the appropriate fields, click on the button. 7 8

10 LIN/TAMCN (9) Click on the button to view historical information. (10) After review of the information, click on the button to exit. 9 10

11 LIN/TAMCN To delete a record: (11) Click on the button to delete information. (12) Click on the button to confirm delete. 12 11
