Overview – Cleco Corporation Based in Central Louisiana since 1934 1,200 employees Serves over 265,000 customers Comprised of two main divisions – Cleco Power LLC (regulated) – Cleco Midstream Resources (unregulated)

Overview – Cleco Corporation Cleco Power: - 1,210 miles of Transmission lines primarily at the 230 and 138 KV level - 11,202 miles of lines operating at the distribution voltage level. Peak Hourly Native Load: 2,106 MW

Overview – Cleco Corporation Generation –1360 MWs of regulated generation under Cleco Power. –Cleco Power also operates 690 MWs for other utilities. –Cleco Midstream owns 1355 MW capacity for its unregulated business. –Fuel sources: lignite, natural gas, oil and powder river basin coal.
