2. What are quality tools?
Quality tools are graphic organizers designed and collected by David Langford. David Langford has worked in the business and educational setting for many years and has a B.S. in education as well as a Masters degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.

3. The purpose of todays activity?
Help participant organize and develop strategies to improve the learning process and validate the level of understanding of events.
Quality tools can help collect, clarify, and support hard data.

Clearly define what student achievement means to the team, class, building.
What is our operational definition of Student Achievement?
“Student achievement is the ability of an individual to reach their highest potential through authentic learning experiences while providing evidence of successful growth.”
