5  Offer an Active, Independent Lifestyle,  Attractive to Seniors Deciding on Long Term Care,  Allow Seniors to Convert Home Equity Into Housing, and  Receive Daily Living Services and Health Care,  For Couples, One Can Remain Independent while the 2 nd Person Can Move to a Higher Level of Care.

6  Residents Invest in Their Communities  Their Financial Investment Makes CCRCs Possible,  Often A Significant Amount of Their Life Savings,  By Leveraging Resident Investments, Communities Were Able to Raise Over 700 Million Dollars in Capital for Expansion in the last 3 years,  Residents Work to Make Their Communities Better  Contribute Their Time and Considerable Experience to Improving Their Communities.
