2. Audit Deadline  All audit information should be emailed to Leanne Free at LFREE@LSUHSC.EDULFREE@LSUHSC.EDU  The audit should be sent as 6 email attachments described on the next slide with the Subject: [Insert Interest Group Name] Audit Deadline: Monday, April 13 th at 5:00pm

3. What do I need to include? 1. List of current and incoming officers  If you do not have a list of incoming officer’s please give a date of when elections will be held 2. Past and future meeting dates  Future meetings only include Spring 2015 meetings that have not occurred by the audit due date 3. List of dues paying members  How much each member paid and the total amt. received from dues 4. Income statement  This can be a screen shot of checks of balances for the year 5. Attendance records from all meetings 6. Advisor confirmation  This can be an email from your advisor
