» Requires a UCAMS Username and Password » Requires 2 Factor Authentication ˃Either HSPD12 Badge and PIV Card Reader with Password and PIN OR ˃Token with Password and PIN » Requires the VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) Program to be installed on the computer you are using

1.Ensure you have Internet Access 2.You must first have the VDI Client Installed on the device you are using and launch the program 3.You must log in with 2 Factor Authentication A.If you have an HSPD12 Badge and PIV Card Reader: 1)Ensure Card Reader is Connected to machine 2)Place HSPD12 into Card Reader and log in 3)Go to the DOECAP Web Address B.If you have a Token: 1)Log in using your UCAMS id, token + PIN 2)Go to the DOECAP Web Address

» After the last Quiz Question in each segment, you will get a page with feedback from your responses that looks like the image below:

» If you don’t pass the Quiz for the Module you are on, you will be able to retake another version of the Quiz. If this happens, you will see the screen below:

» 1. On the Home Page of the Training & Required Readings Area, Click the “Go To Required Readings” link next to any Required Reading showing in your “Required Reading Requiring My Attention” Section OR You can click the Link called “All Readings” in the right panel Here

» 2. The All Readings area will open. » 3. Locate the Reading, then Read it. » 4. After you have read the document, select the document from the list by clicking on any of the black text (non-linking text). This will highlight the entry and mark it with a single check mark as pictured below: » 5. Once highlighted, click the “Mark Required Reading as Read” in the top Menu Bar as pictured below: THIS Button
