VISION & OBJECTIVES Transformation of rural youth through capacity building to enable them to stand on their own feet. To identify, orient, motivate, train and assist the rural youth to take up self employment ventures. To promote rural entrepreneurship. To train village level workers in various aspects of rural development. To provide counseling and project consultancy services to entrepreneurs.

OUR APPROACH Pre Training:
Scanning the environment & designing suitable programs. Awareness programs, mobilization drives Selecting eligible candidates with right aptitude Discouraging entry of candidates from village, where a particular activity is dominant.
