Training Program Summary of FY2015 Activities Joint Training Committee (AAPCA, NACAA, EPA) National Training Strategy Goals: Understand: Understand the priority training needs of air quality agency professionals Provide: Provide training opportunities that meet the priority needs of air quality agency professionals Utilize: Utilize course materials that are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and easy to use Conduct: Conduct all training using recognized subject matter experts and effective teachers Deliver: Deliver effective and cost-efficient training through the use of existing, new and emerging technologies where appropriate

Training Program Summary of FY2015 Activities Joint Training Committee (AAPCA, NACAA, EPA) Training Strategy Action Plan: Course Update Priorities* : Process for evaluating the quality and currency of training courses and the material included in APTI-Learn. Gap Filling : Prioritize and initiate a plan to develop training offerings to fill gaps, based on curriculum project Needs Assessment* : Develop and implement a process to determine the highest priority training needs on an on-going basis APTI-Learn Enhancement* : Develop and implement a plan for further enhancement and on-going maintenance of APTI-Learn Launch Improved APTI-Learn* : Re-launch an improved Learning Management System (APTI-Learn), including:
