5 What is User Acceptance?  How do you know if you have deployed SharePoint successfully?  What constitutes user acceptance or failure?  Have realistic expectations… You might get 100% (forced) utilization, but not 100% acceptance of employees (worker bees).  Do not force people to change how they work, but show them options to work within SharePoint the way they are comfortable working!
