10 President’s Report Incorporation Name:  Legal name OWWA  Business name will remain OWWA – A Section of AWWA Article II – Business of the Corporation:  Required under the Corporations Act  Clarifies how OWWA will carry out its business

11 President’s Report Incorporation Article III – Members  Service provider members now have an individual vote under Director Member category Article VII – Meetings of Members  More information to increase transparency of activities of organization  Ability to participate in the affairs of the organization through proxy voting

12 President’s Report Incorporation Article VIII – Officers  Outlines the duties of Officers  Introduction of new officer – Secretary- Treasurer (formerly 1st Vice Chair)  Chair becomes “President” and Trustees become “Directors”
