Review of 2015-19 Commissioning Plan By September 2015 – temporary places 30 temporary places across Years 4 and 5 in the Halfway and Minster planning area –Added 30 temporary places in Year 3 at Minster Primary –Adding 30 Year 3/4 places at new Thistle Hill Academy –Working with the schools on Sheppey to provide additional Year 5 and 6 places
