Male Genital Tract 1, Case 3 A 72-year-old man presents with back pain. On physical exam there is tenderness over the lower spine. Neurologic exam is normal. A single, hard prostatic nodule is palpated on digital rectal exam. No lymphadenopathy is noted

Adenocarcinoma - Prostate The specimen consists of a section of prostate. The adenocarcinoma is yellow and is infiltrating the whole gland. A – Verumontanum B – Prostatic urethra C - Carcinoma

Describe the histologic findings Infiltrating moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma Cells of the small haphazard malignant glands have enlarged nuclei and prominent nucleoli
