The top gene networks for DEGS more highly expressed (Panels A- B) and less highly expressed (Panels C-G) in palatal tissue from Tgfbr2fl/fl;Wnt1-Cre mouse embryos relative to controls at E14.5 are provided. Shaded and unshaded nodes represent DEGS and related genes inferred by the IPA software, respectively. Panels K-L provide the top gene networks for all DEGs. For these panels, red and green nodes represent DEGs more and less highly expressed in palatal tissue from Tgfbr2fl/fl;Wnt1-Cre mouse embryos relative to controls. Unshaded nodes represent related genes inferred by the IPA software. The legend for all symbol shapes used in all analyses is provided in Panel A.
