APAN P2P Working Group Chair : Hyun-chul Kim/KAIST, South Korea Objectives APAN P2P Working Group is focused on the followings. - help in understanding implications and challenges of emerging P2P technologies and applications on research and education communities - explore, experiment and take advantage of P2P technologies to support advanced applications on research/education networks.

Issues - Candidate Topics for the Next APAN meetings in cairns/AU : Mobility-aware P2P techs/applications : wireless sensor networks, … P2P-rizing applications (web caching, searching, p2p-cache, …) : How? For what? - Requirements Analysis for P2P techs/apps on a high- bandwidth network : What do we need? Why? e.g., Public Computing Infra./Distributed Storage for APAN communities: (based on SETI@Home, BOINC, P3, Korea@Home, Logistical Networking, …?)
